Navajo filmmaker Mike Anderson uses a lake on his reservation to present a contemplative study on the unity of nature and human beings. Showing the source of the lake or the mouth by which it is fed, the camera proceeds sunwise around the water to document, in orderly fashion, the plant and animal life that co-exists in harmony. In one sequence, the filmmaker's younger brother washes clothes using water from the lake., Beginning at the source of the lake, the camera moves around the lake showing the unity between natural things and human beings in the environment.
