"Hill Arches" begins as a small hand-held sculpture in Moore's studio, takes on monumental form (four tons) and is placed by a hovering sky crane on a small noll in Moline, Illinois, where it graces the grounds of an industrial headquarters building. The finished sculpture enhances both architecture and landscape, and the world of technology plays an important part in the total aesthetic endeavor.
