Describes the problems which are created when a long-time employee is promoted to the executive level of management and the difficult adjustments to isolation from former companionship, the lack of intimate communication contracts, and the necessity to make a new way of life on and off the job. Dramatizes the conflicts and means of handling these conflicts of one person as he adjusts to his promotion. Stresses finding a personality which coincides with the demands of the job to which a person is promoted.
