Phagocytosis

Uses phase contrast photography at three times actual speed to show the process of phagocytosis of dead and living streptococci. Points out the nuclear lobes, vacuoles and neutrophilic granules in the leucocyte. Pictures cytoplasmic streaming, positive chemotaxis and ingetion of streptococci.
