Provides a close look at the works and creative philosophy of sculptor and ex-architect Peter Alexander. Notes that Alexander once drew in pen and ink but found that he was following the lead of other artists while not improving on their qualities. Observes that he now produces a by-play with the surrounding light through plastic cubes, wedges, pyramids, and color tinted stripes.
