Complete Record: Instructional film which teaches kids to make change from a dollar. A little girl needs to buy some things for school and she dreams about it. Next day she goes to shop, asks for change, and then buys some school materials. Good CUs of the dollar being changed into coins. Film also teaches how each coin can be changed into smaller denominations, except for the penny.
