Complete Record: Billy is a normal dirty kid at school, but when he gets home he turns into an obsessively clean kid. he washes everywhere. Film encourages not only the usual dry-between-your-toes and change-your-underwear, but depicts germs as big, sticky Xs that get passed from kid to kid in a touch football game. As the film ends, Billy is going out to play, but his friend Jerry has to stay inside because he is sick in bed. How did this happen? He “didn’t wash,” explains the narrator.
