Description: Examines the culture and lifestyle of Peruvian Indians as they work on absentee landlord strips of land as tenant farmers. Shows the primitive way the Indian works his land and depicts how this way of life has caused many Indians to leave the farm and travel to Lima in hopes of finding a higher level of existence. Relates how the Indians who go to the city often face unemployment and slum housing.
