Shows a plant engineer demonstrating the value of motion study to the foreman of a toy factory. Uses an experiment to demonstrate how, after a two-weeks study and refinements of techniques and equipment, production of boxes is increased over the corresponding rate preceding the study. Emphasizes the effects of motion study on employee morale as well as on increased production.
