Illustrates the distributive principle through an animated story about the multiplication problems of tax collector Cyrus Squeeze. Records Squeeze wondering what new items to tax to raise funds for the local Shoelace Museum. Shows his niece, Louise, helping out by picturing each problem as areas or rectangular arrays which she then adds to get the final product.
