foreign [Music] will help us find animals of every kind animals both wet and dry animals that swim and fly animals that run and walk animals that squawk and talk animals is what we'll see from a to L from M to Z [Music] is for animal what could be better which animal's names begin with this letter well think of ants that work all day Arctic turns that fly a long way an antelope an alligator you can think of others later B is for B's with their own special home they work to make honey that's put in a comb each little bee has a job it must do what other insects must share their work too [Music] is for colors that animals show they brighten the world wherever they go foreign D is for drink all animals drink what do they drink well what do you think e is for eggs e is for eggs that animals lay some animal babies are born that way but that's not the way all babies arrive some animal babies are born alive [Music] F is for food F is for food that animals eat some eat plants and some eat meat some have teeth and some do not some eat a little and some eat a lot animals eat as much as they need now let's watch some animals feed [Music] G is for gills you'll find them where on animals that don't live in air [Music] H is for home H is a home where animals rest a home is a hive a home is a nest it might be a hole that's made in a tree in what other places might animals be I is for ice with temperature low ice in Far Away lands where the cold winds blow far in the north is the white polar bear and far in the south why the penguin is there J is for jump like this and like that a grasshopper jumps and so does a cat [Music] frogs can all jump and so can you but the jumper that's best is the kangaroo and K is for the kangaroo let's watch some things that they can do oh [Music] L is four legs L is for legs Birds just have two and some of them look like they just grew and grew some animals have four like a cow and a horse and a centipede has many of course M is for microscope helping your eyes to see animals too small to see otherwise animals like these are everywhere but only a microscope shows them there n is for night when there is no sun a time of sleep for everyone for everyone well no for that's the active time for fluttering bats [Music] O is for ocean O is for ocean deep and blue Make Way for animals coming through [Music] thank you foreign [Music] or a parrot or cute little mouse a hamster or gerbil an interesting pet what kind of animal would you like to get Q is for quiet Q is for quiet like turtles and fish they don't make a sound not even a swish the lion awake makes a terrific Roar but when he's asleep just a soft little snore R is for rat let's forget about that [Music] s is for sounds the sound of a snake what other sounds do animals make there's the Roar of a lion the croak of a frog The Hoot of an owl the bark of a dog down on the ground up in the air animal sounds are everywhere T is for trees growing tall from the ground where many animals can be found [Music] Underground U is for underground that's where we'll see busy ants in a colony worms that tunnel and dig all day and prairie dogs that like to play V is philosophy a word for speed to run like animals that's what you need W is for wings W is for wings [Music] seagulls fly low near the sea or high in the sky birds have wings some insects too if you had wings what would you do X is for X-ray fish X is for X-ray fish a very strange fish you can see all his bones whenever you wish [Music] why is for you and you and you for didn't you know you're an animal too you come in all sizes and shapes and colors but you're easy to tell from all the others [Music] Z is for Zoo that's not a big word but zoology is that a word that you've heard well when you study turtles and dogs and when you study toads and frogs and what do you study long thin worms and when you study animal germs and every creature in your mind animals of every kind animals from A to Z you're studying zoology with animals from Z to A the alphabet just came your way Z what did you get an animal alphabet foreign
