Complete Record: Cope Thunder: an ongoing exercise conducted from Clark AB, Philippines is one of the most challenging and realistic combat training exercises Air Force pilots fly. The objective of Cope Thunder is to provide Pacific Air Forces’ aircrew members 8 - 10 simulated combat missions. Air Force pilots, as well as pilots from our sister services and allied air forces, hone their combat skills against air-to-air threats, surface-to-air threats and electronic warfare threats. Cope Thunder is a team effort. It takes pilots, maintainers, and logisticians to fly a successful mission. Missile Duty, Facility Manager: visits F.E. Warren AFB in Wyoming to visit a facility manager: the person tasked with the responsibility of keeping silo operations running smoothly. Physical Fitness: The Air Force gives us the opportunity to get into and stay in physical shape. Whether we walk , jog, swim, lift weights, do aerobics, or play sports, it’s good to stay fit and trim.
