WRCA TV Station Identification with MEridian 7-1212 time number

Complete Record: 1950's NY telephone commercial from UPA from 1955. The person I bought it from on eBay said that he bought it (and the rest of the UPA commercials I uploaded) from someone who fished them out of the UPA dumpster (if I remember correctly). The film leader says: "NY TEL #47 TV-9-5443 10 SEC ID" upa animation
