Follows a team of forensic engineers as they examine the remains of the building and various videos of the collapse, trying to determine if the collapse was inevitable, or if safety had been traded for financial savings in construction. Interviews survivors and engineers, including Leslie Robertson, the chief engineer of the WTC. Includes computer-generated models of construction of the towers, the impact of the planes, and the eventual collapse.
