Who's handicapped

Description: Although Britain sets up special schools to develop the intellectually handicapped to their potential, this film shows that both handicapped and non-handicapped children are limited by the social barriers that prevent them interacting. Includes a drama session which Dorothy Heathcote takes with some disabled children.
