Dramatizes the process of office workers filing a grievance. When a job comes available at the office, two employees with comparable experience apply. When one employee is picked over the other, the one who is not picked speaks with union representatives. They decide to speak with management, then they file a grievance, which the company denies. The case then goes to arbitration.
