We Are Woman

The film makes a strong case for individual rights for women and an equally strong case for what this would mean for men. The film is designed to depolarize women and men regarding woman's non-traditionalist concept of herself. The content includes a well-balanced proportion of dramatic vignettes, brief documentary interview, and historical artwork to delineate the origins of the traditional role of women. Provides front line supervisors and all other levels of management with an understanding of today's working women.
