Watts Library in this primarily black neighborhood of Los Angeles. Lots of great 70’s hairdos, afros, and clothing. Kindergarten & elementary school kids engaged in reading, playing, and all sorts of school type activities. Band plays outside, brief kung fu demo, police helicopter gets brought out.
