Description: Shot and compiled in the 1950s by W.H. Tilley, the first section includes clips of Wesley Tilley, Jr. (W.H.’s son) on the Texas Capitol grounds, and - also that same day - with his family (his wife Barb, three children Virginia, John, and Susan, and a dachsund) climbing a steep grade. The remainder of the movie is comprised of different sequences shot several years earlier (in 1950 and 1951), with footage of W.H. and his wife Helen with Wesley, Jr.’s family (and children Virginia and John) at their home in Lake City, FL - as well as at the site of their future Gainesville home. Also included is footage of the family at the University of Florida campus.
