These "dailies" or rushes from the Vietnam War show various scenes, including shots of jungle patrol by infantry, and activities of the the Mobile Riverine Force. It opens with images of a G.I. with a pack of Marlboros on his helmet, on patrol. The radio man is visible in front of him, in a thick swath of Vietnamese jungle (:08). Infantrymen stand waist high in thick water (:19) and stop for a smoke (:45). Close shots show the group cautiously crossing open areas (1:35) hanging close to the jungle treeline for coverage. A wide shot shows the company moving across the field (2:16). At (2:35) a camera slate is shown, using a Kodak film box, but whatever is written is illegible. The infantrymen line the perimeter of a field (3:10) and take prisoners. Captured persons are held at gunpoint (3:32).  The detainees are put on the ground, fists of hair in hand (3:54). Close shots show a possible Vietcong soldier being slapped on the top of the head (4:18). Prisoners are tied with their hands behind their backs (4:36). They are interrogated at gunpoint on the ground (4:57). At (5:15) a new segment shows soldiers transported via the Mobile Riverine Force deploying on a lighter or LCI (5:25). Explosions, probably thrown up by howtizers belonging to the Riverine force, line the trees along the river as the group deploys (6:13). Soldiers deploy into the jungle via a canal or trenchline (7:42). Finally, footage that is low quality due to the fact that the film was mis-loaded in the camera. Here, a Huey medevac helicopter zooms in and lands (8:03). Forces of the Mobile Riverine Force cross a bamboo bridge and clamber aboard (10:07) a River Monitor or LCI.
