Presidential Unit Citation awarded to 26th Marine Regiment for defense of Khe Sanh. News film special document included. A plane drops supplies with parachutes. Various footage of Marines in Khe Sanh trenches. Marines set up and fire a 105mm howitzer, operate a mortar, and fire a M67 recoilless rifle and M60 machine gun. Troops set up barbed wire fencing. Troops load a wounded Marine into a CH46 Sea Knight which takes off. A C123 Provider of US Air Force's 19th Air Commando Squadron takes off.
