FMFPAC change of command, LtGen. John N. McLaughlin is relieved by LtGen. Leslie E. Brown. A Hawaiian woman rests in shallow water, views of the Hawaiian city, beach, and coastline. LtGens McLaughlin and Brown inspect jeeps. Marines and vehicles pass in review. USN, USMC, and civilians spectate the ceremony. Marines in 6x6 trucks and LVTP7s as well as on foot, pass in review and salute. M116 Howitzers are fired as a salute, an A4 plane is parked in the background.
