The film showcases the effort that goes into building a set meant to simulate a Nazi-German village to prepare for battle. The film also includes trivia about the ""average American soldier"". Further information is given about avoiding dysentery through proper-hygiene practices, featuring adult animated character, Private Snafu. The third feature is titled ""Attack at the Marshalls"". SBD aircraft takeoff from the deck of a ship, fly in formation, and appear to engage in combat. There is some footage from wing cameras of aerial combat and films from the deck of a aircraft carrier and on the ground of the Marshall Islands. 6-inch/47 caliber Mark 16 guns amongst other naval anti-aircraft weaponry fire on Japanese planes while the flight deck crew take cover. Marines are taken to shore via LSTs. 75mm Howitzer guns are fired. Marines fight up the beach.
