Description
Marines of the 16th Regiment, including band and color guard, pass in review at Camp Pendleton. Marines participate in field exercises. Opening slate reads, "Color presentation to the 16th Marines". Unidentified officers and civilians watch the ceremony. Maj. Gen. Keller E. Rockey watches the regiment pass in review. A group of unidentified officers marches to the parade ground. A Marine Corps Band plays music and marches on the parade field. The color guard marches to the review stand. An unidentified officer presents the flag of the Marine Corps to another unidentified officer, who then gives the flag to the color guard. The color guard returns to its position on the parade field. Marines train with rubber assault boats. Marines conduct field exercises. Marines test LVT-mounted rocket launch system on the beach.
