Rotell, Assistant Secretary of the Bay City Metal Trader Council, Roy M. Brown, Vice President of the Association of Machinists, Orrin A. Burrows, employee of Puget Sound Navy Yard, Thomas J. Crow, international representative of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, and Harry Murphy, employee of Mareis N.Y.D.
