Umbrella Jack

Complete Record: Umbrella Jack is the town eccentric. Rain or shine, he carries a shredded umbrella. Jack never speaks, and he still wears his World War II greatcoat. The neighborhood children taunt Jack, but Billy befriends him and learns the reasons for his odd behavior. In the end, both their lives are saved: one literally and the other symbolically.
