Totem

In tribal cultures, animals often embody the poetic. Many are living vessels of meaning, or totems. In literature cultures, the written word seems to repalce the animals as the concrete symbol of metaphor. Totem explores this ancient realtionship and the shift to the alphabet in a dream-like flow of animated images and sounds
