Description: Presents Dr Willard H Persons who points out that certain metastases from mammary cancer remain hormone dependent, and are benefited by castration. Advises that total ovariectomy and adrenalectomy should be restricted to women who have advanced carcinomatosis, subsequent to breast cancer, and who have failed to respond to all other known methods of treatment.
