Description: A parable, using unusual animation techniques, about the failure of contemporary society to meet people's most pressing needs. In an unnamed village, the people are dying of hunger and thirst and await a truck bearing urgently needed irrigation equipment. Instead, a military convoy arrives bearing weapons of war proclaiming these to be top priority.
