"The story of fireworks and their danger to children. Reports of state and city governments to prevent the sale of fireworks. The story of Jimmie who is blinded for life by a firecracker. These scenes are taken in the Receiving Hospital. These scenes are effective and the editorial sound script one of the use of fireworks by children. Jimmie is taken to the hospital for the blind and must leave his work at the gate. We see here a film made in connection with the U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce. If children see this film there will be fewer accidents with fire works. The film is very effective, showing the pain, and we are moved to fight for better legislation on the use of fire works.
