folks think about it whether the responsibility is with the community are with the family well I feel as though that kids around play-doh and my channel and the Navy tonzura very good kids and haven't around school there and asked them what they thought should be done about it what they want and most I recommended me that we build put in a recreation center downtown and have a commercialized and have it run by someone and not to have a console on the students to make up the rules and have a greater commercial light and have a mouth bar and ice cream or anything just for the kids to go to to keep them off the street to put thing about although we have one idea someone else has gone well I think this is basically a parent's problem and perhaps a club that these children could go to and which they pay dues to help sponsor it and also be helped by the other organizations in Toledo would help in this problem but it lies entirely with the parents now they don't spend enough time with Jones what do you think about that I think that young people today want to be individual but they also want to go with the game and sometimes they lose your individuality within that game I do not favor or do not see these a scrub will be a very permanent fixture I think those youth clubs are set up on it on a temporary basis and because ur is not very much depth to the program that can be administrator is administered I think that we should think a little bit further and talk about having a recognition recreational council in Toledo with a full representation of all organizations and clubs and of the young people and during the recreational problems from the slowpokes up I think we need to give opportunity we are people of the in a small town because we do not have a lot of the things that a large city has and I would like to suggest the council study the problem of little folks in three years on up through high school and even some of the older folks and i think that the council could have a very permanent basis in studying the need of tennis courts and swimming pools as well as something provided for this age group I agree they need something that we read the studies are you envision this recreation program something rather than just a problem of high school children opportunities you're going to take a law in and trap some the old folks that's in front of that recognition for magazine well I think that's some ideas from somebody up here a moment ago tightened yesterday via virtual vendors that some a visit man open a place and I seduced those hopes and vanishes malls and so forth and I assume the furniture back room for a pool and ping pong and oh I don't know maybe bowling dancing skating and whatnot and I think that's a beautiful idea from a teenager's point of view but I can't see any businessman going into that with any dream you
