Description: An examination of the large hydro-electric power scheme envisaged for the Gordon River system in Tasmania. Shows exploration of the area, building of roads and camps, and the work of all the hydrologists and engineers. The plan is to build dams in the steep gorges to catch water to turn the turbines.
