Sign in to track this film in your collection or want list.
Duration: 9:19 An animated short film produced in 1979, rendered in a distinctive monochromatic pink/mauve color palette. The title card reads "THE WATER FILM." The story follows a cartoon rabbit character through a lush forest environment. In early scenes the rabbit explores woodland settings with birch trees and forest undergrowth. As the film progresses the tone darkens — in a later scene the rabbit is shown collapsed on the ground near a body of water under a night sky, suggesting the story is an environmental cautionary tale about water pollution and its effect on wildlife.
