Lists specific advantages of ETV as redeployment of personnel, such as providing a vehicle for the teaching of foreign language, suitability for teacher training, intimacy and immediacy, possibility of using local and professional resources, expanding student experiences by means not available to the classroom teacher and providing opportunity for selfexpression, creativity and participation.
