The Screen director

Description: Follows a typical director through his work at a Hollywood studio. The director interprets the parts to actors and offers other suggestions to casting director, cameraman, art director, writer and producer. He approves every detail during production. He decides how the picture shall be edited and works with the musicians in scoring it. The film includes newsreel shots of directors receiving Academy Awards.
