Description: Traces the adventures of Mr Hack, an average man who is determined to track down the sources of air pollution. Explains that his search leads him from one pollution source to another, each admitting partial fault, each claiming vast attempts at clearing the air, and each passing the buck on to the next party. Notes that Mr Hack proves that he too is part of the vast run-around, in placing his own personal interests before the need to participate in the fight against air pollution.
