The Roundabout

Description: Explains that traffic can flow in 16 different directions at an ordinary intersection. The roundabout is designed to bring streams of traffic together, mix them and send them on their right way. Conflicting streams of traffic in a roundabout all travel in the same direction, and reduce head-on collisions.
