Stalling Flip works as a Pony Express rider in the Wild West. Along the way, he is ambushed by the Mexican bandit Bronx Cheerio, who kidnaps Flip's girlfriend and holds her hostage in his cabin. A unique feature of the cartoon is the musical interludes, during which Flip's horse even sings a duet with him. Flip arbeitet als Pony-Express-Fahrer im Wilden Westen. Auf seinem Weg wird er vom mexikanischen Banditen Bronx Cheerio überfallen, der Flips Freundin entführt und als Geisel in seiner Hütte festhält. Eine Besonderheit des Cartoons sind die musikalischen Einlagen, bei denen Flips Pferd sogar mit ihm im Duett singt.
