The National Gallery of Victoria’s new building, the dream of the Director of the Gallery, Mr. Eric Westbrook, for twelve years came to fruition after four years of planning. The architect, Roy Grounds’ “Vision Splendid” has become a reality and Stage 1 of Victoria’a new art and cultural centre is opened.
