An animated cartoon traces the development of the motor car from the motor carriage of the 1880's to the streamlined automobile of 1954. Explains that mass production of automobiles was introduced by Ford, that the race for perfection has led to improved fuels and lubricants and that motor racing has led to improvements in design.
