Description: This film is a comprehensive and dramatic account of the whole of the refugee problem. It includes sequences showing the escape of refugees across the Hungarian border, their experiences in camp and their final resettlement in their own homes. It also tells of the appointment of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the formation of his office to handle refugee problems.
