Complete Record: Describes initial problems faced by the /I/D/E/A/ research staff and the principals and teachers they were working with at 16 schools in Southern California over 6 years as they tried to bring about change in the schools. The film shows how research of decision-making in schools was carried out in activities with principals and teachers and how the League began to grow into a group where schools shared problems and helped each other find solutions. Lots of shots of kids going to school in opening shots,in school bus, walking to school with cardboard robot outfits and art projects. Mostly footage of teachers talking in the 60s.
