The Last wild river

Description: Covers an expedition in 1977 by four people including Bob Brown and Peter Thompson, down the wild Franklin River in Western Tasmania using rubber rafts. Shows much of the aesthetic and recreational value of this wilderness environment and introduces the conservation dispute focused on this area.
