Description: A faculty member at the University of South Dakota describes the conditions and problems of Chicago's Inner City area. Mr. Gowan spent several summers working as a volunteer at Project House, an interdenominational venture which serves the needs of the Inner City. The film is made from still photographs taken by Richard Gowan and Ed Wallowitch.
