The Individual in the modern world

Description: The Corning Foundation and the American Council of Learned Societies in 1961 co-sponsored a second Corning conference on the theme “The Individual and the modern world”. Distinguished Americans and other world figures held informal sessions on work, education and leisure. These far ranging discussions became the subject for this film.
