The Fleeting image

Description: Episode number 7 of Series “Pioneers of photography”. Deals with the work of Edward Muybridge in California and Etienne Jules Marey in Paris who were using photography to analyse human and animal movement in the 1870’s and 80’s. Their work led to the development of the cine-camera.
