Description: One of the more famous U.S. Air Force promotional films ever made, EYES OF THE EAGLE WINGS OF THE DOVE is a Ronald Reagan era production. The film was directed by Bruce Seth Green and cinematography by Rick Robertson and features the song "Children of Freedom" by Chip Davis, who co-founded the group Manheim Steamroller The F-15 Eagle is shown in what might have been the first real Air Force "music video". Chip Davis (founder and leader of the Manheim Steamroller). The film features a wide range of USAF aircraft including C-130s, F-15s, F-4s, and many others. At 1:27 Connie Engle. She was the first woman to solo in the T-41 and T-37, and she was the first woman to lead a two-ship formation, became the first female T-38 instructor and flew T-38 chase for the space shuttle program. At 2:45, B-52 are shown scrambling as part of an exercise, and at 3:00 some cutting edge electronics are shown. At 4:28 a C-130 is shown carrying supplies all over the world. At 5:56, fighter aircraft are highlighted. Parts of the film were shot at Edwards Air Force Base in California. Bruce Seth Green's credits included Knight Rider, "V", Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, Babylon 5, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Dawson’s Creek, Gilmore Girls, Law & Order, Diagnosis Murder, Baywatch, Highlander and other series.
