Description: Tells that the Cuna Indians isolated themselves long ago on small islands in the Caribbean, off the coast of Panama. Shows the daily life of one family as they prepare food, build houses, make utensils and clothing and dance to their pipes-of-pan music. Follows the life of a boy, Ikwanik, village of Achuchuco(sp?), island of Aligandi, San Blas Islands, Panama; no food, drinking water, or soil, so they canoe it from mainland, 1 mile away. Making Mola blouses, dancing to pan-pipe music, harvesting cacao, coconut, pineapple, breadfruit, cooking over open fire.
