Description: Frank Elgin is a down-on-his-luck alcoholic who is dependent on his wife Georgie. When their son Johnny was hit by a car while in his care, Frank was devastated by the death and used that as an excuse to cover up his insecurity, he was reduced to a suicidal alcoholic.
