Description: The film debut of comic artist Julian Chagrin. Filmed in Technicolour in London, we see the performing artist’s arrival at the Royal Albert Hall. He gives an impromptu and unusual performance before a delighted crowd, establishing himself as a master of his chosen instrument - a pedestrian crossing.
